Could Neil Marshall please just direct everything ever?
And George RR Martin be the writer? Yes, I like this plan!
The one thing I love the most about being a part of the GOT fandom
Is hearing all the shipping theories. Having read the books I know what goes down already, but it’s just so darn cute watching those who haven’t theorize in their little heads…
haha, I know the feeling :)
It’s not exactly Henry V’s speech on St Crispin’s Day, it’s devoid of high sentiment, flowery prose and solemn promises but it is heartfelt, brave and brutally honest and for that - I’d follow him anywhere. Tyrion has the heart of a lion, the brain of a fox and the balls of a giant.
I have to talk about Game of Thrones (Blackwater) somewhere…
The Westeros forum is down and I CAN’T BELIEVE HOW GOOD THAT WAS.
NOTE:EPISODE 9 SPOILERS. OBVZ.
Seriously, if I could get George Martin to write all the episodes I would (although then we’d probably never get Winds of Winter). He left in as many of the best moments that the budget allowed- obviously no chain moment but that’s understandable- and any parts made up felt natural and right.
Props to all the actors too, who were all of them on top form. Lena Headley really stood out for me though, although Blackwater in the books really had my all-time favourite Cersei moments. That scene with Tommen was perfection.
Also on a side note, the music was brilliant as well. I think with the epicness of the battle, it was really allowed to shine but that was some brilliant work.
Season 2 has definitely has it’s ups and downs but that may be my favourite episode of both seasons so far.
#And then Britain said #give that man an olympic torch #Matt Smith #Britain’s biggest idiot #now with more fire
